PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Pregnancy can put a lot of stress on your back, shoulders, neck and abdominal muscles.

Pregnancy massage helps to relieve some of the aches and pains associated with the changes that occur in our bodies during this special time.

Our qualified therapists will discuss your treatment goals and design a personalized session for you, that might or might not include breast massage and abdominal massage, depending on your level of comfort and your particular circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE: For pregnancy massage we kindly ask you to have 2 to 3 pillows at hand in order to better position you and to maximize your comfort during treatment.

POSTPARTUM MASSAGE

After pregnancy and giving birth your body will appreciate a soothing massage. The physical stress of breastfeeding and childcare may sometimes result in pain to the back, shoulders, neck and arms. Massage therapy offers a safe and effective solution without the use of medications.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE – SPORTS MASSAGE – INJURY REHABILITATION

  • Eases chronic muscle pain and tension
  • Helps with injury rehabilitation
  • Improves limited mobility
  • Eases condition related pain, such as in sciatica, arthritis, fibromyalgia and more

RELAXATION MASSAGE

Helps to decrease the amount of stress hormones in the body, leaving you with a feeling of complete relaxation and rest.

TMJ MASSAGE

When the jaw muscles are tight or imbalanced massage therapy can help to restore normal muscle tone and alleviate discomfort.

Your therapist may include another areas of the body related to tension in the neck and jaw, such as front of the neck, chest and back muscles.

Breast massage can bring relief to sore muscles and improve your breastfeeding experience.

For breast cancer patients massage can help alleviate soreness in muscles surrounding the breast itself and decrease stress and anxiety related to treatment. Massage is also indicated in post surgery rehabilitation to increase range of motion and to reduce post surgery swelling and edema.

*Please talk to your doctor to decide if breast cancer massage therapy is right for you at the current stage of treatment.

A soothing and calming massage focusing on relieving that achy and tired feeling in the back and legs before or during that time of the month.

Your therapist might or might not include abdominal massage depending on your level of comfort and particular circumstances.
